Feed, Hay
& Shavings: | | Only the highest quality of hay and grain are fed out to the horses at M.M.M. Horseman, Inc. An equine nutritionist evaluates the horses a couple of times a year and feed changes are made accordingly. The hay is a timothy, alfalfa mix from upstate New York, and the quality is never compromised. We use only the best shavings from Canada for the stall bedding and they are plentiful. |

M.M.M. Horseman is proud of its immaculatley maintained 18-stall barn. Fully equipped with video surveillance and security/fire
alarm systems, the barn is insulated and heated for the winter months while offering superior ventilation
with ceiling fans and windows in every stall for the summer months. Impeccably clean and organized with attention to every detail. |

| Turnout: | | M.M.M. Horseman, Inc.@ East Knoll Farm encompasses over 10 acres. Each paddock has been excavated and cleared of rocks, flattened, rolled and reseeded. A detail such as sand at each paddock entrance has been included to ensure safe footing. Each paddock has independent fencing. There is a sand recovery paddock with a run-in shed for horses that need such turnout.
Importance of proper turnouts and paddocks: A high percentage of horses’ injuries occur during turnout. Level footing free of rocks and holes and the ability to turn out each horse individually, reduces these injuries greatly. |

| Rings: | | The property facilitates 3 arenas: an indoor arena, an outdoor arena with all-weather footing, and a Grand Prix field. The indoor arena features new footing, lighting, watering system and most recently a new heating system to the health of both the horse and rider.
The outdoor arena features all-weather footing and a watering system and is maintained on a daily bases to ensure that the footing is the safest possible. A Grand Prix field completes the property. |
